Board of Directors

Tania is CEO of the Institute of Advertising Practitioners (IAPI). IAPI is the representative association for all the full service creative agencies along with media agencies and digital specialists. From 2003 – 2012 she ran Theatre Forum, the voice of the performing arts. She was Secretary of the National Campaign for the Arts for 3 years.

Padraig Burns is Managing Director of Publicis Dublin one of Ireland’s largest advertising agencies. He is a BBS graduate from The University if Limerick and has spent his career working for agencies in the US and Ireland.

Elizabeth is General Counsel at PwC Ireland and is a member of the PwC Ireland Leadership Team. As General Counsel, Elizabeth oversees and manages all legal matters on behalf of the firm, including litigation, commercial and risk issues. Elizabeth has over 15 years’ experience in litigation, regulation and corporate law. Prior to joining PwC in 2014, she was Chief Legal Counsel, Europe at Mercer. She was called to the Irish Bar in 1998.

Peter is the Managing Director of Communiqué International, he designs and directs a wide range of communications consultancy and skills-development projects across the public and private sectors. Peter works in Ireland, Europe, Western Balkans and Africa. He also acts as a facilitator of strategy development including the development and implementation of internal and external communication strategies. Peter holds an MSc in Executive Leadership from the University of Ulster and Boston College.

Doireann is a voice and presentation trainer and voiceover artist and an independent radio producer. Before this, she was an RTÉ presenter and producer and then an arts consultant. She has served on the boards of several arts organisations and was until October 2017 Chair of the Strategy Committee of the Irish Cultural Centre in Paris.

Vincent is a Non-Executive Director of Boyne Valley Group; former Chairman, Superquinn; former Deputy Chairman, Heiton Holdings plc. He also serves as Vice Chairman on the Board of the British Irish Association.

John O’Donnell’s poetry and fiction has been published and broadcast widely. Awards include the National Irish Poetry Prize, the Ireland Funds Prize, the Hennessy Award for Poetry, and the Hennessy Award for Fiction. He has previously been a board member of various other organizations including Dublin Theatre Festival and the Arts Council. A senior counsel, he lives and works in Dublin.

Siobhan is a business consultant working with clients in areas such as strategic planning, business process improvement and change management.  She previously held senior financial and HR roles with Diageo.  She also spent many years serving on school boards of management.  She is a business graduate of Trinity College Dublin, and a Fellow of the Institute of Management Accountants.

Patent and Trade Mark Attorney (retired). Former managing partner and later consultant with Tomkins, IP attorneys.
